This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
- What this site loads
- Everything comes from banfi.software. No fonts, scripts or images are requested from anyone else, and nothing is stored in your browser.
- The receipt
- The receipt on the home page is worked out in your browser from what it already knows about loading the page: the requests, their size, the cookies and the fonts. Nothing from it is sent anywhere or stored.
- Server logs
- The server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page and browser) for 30 days to keep the site running and secure, then deletes them. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
- If you write to hello@banfi.software, your message is used only to reply to you. It is kept for two years after the last exchange, then deleted. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
- Who processes it
- Rackhost Zrt. (Szeged, Hungary) hosts the site and the email on its servers in Hungary, as a processor under a data processing agreement. No data is transferred outside the EU.
- Who is responsible
- Bence Bánfi, Budapest, Hungary. Contact details are in the imprint.
- Your rights
- You can ask to see the data held about you, to correct or delete it, and to restrict or object to its use. Write to hello@banfi.software. You can also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, NAIH (naih.hu, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11).
- Apps
- Each app has its own privacy policy. Stillcount’s is at stillcount.app/privacy.
