01
The problem
AI coding agents work in long sessions spread across terminals and folders. Finding what was decided, or handing the work to the next session, means digging through raw logs.
02
What I’m building
A local desktop app that brings Claude Code and Codex session history into one searchable place per project and helps prepare a reviewed handoff for the next session. It runs on your machine, and your code and conversations stay there. The first slice, a small background service connected to the desktop app, works today; history browsing and handoffs come next.

What changed
Threadhelm isn’t released yet. What it changes in practice will be here once people use it.
